Interpretation and Definitions
- Company ("We," "Us," "Our") refers to Grays Vending Systems
- Goods refers to items offered for sale on our website
- Digital Products refers to downloadable templates, guides, trackers, and any non-physical items
- You means the individual purchasing from our store
Digital Products — No Refunds
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable goods, we do not offer refunds or returns once access has been granted. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Vending Machines — Cancellation & Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your machine, provided it is unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned unit using your original payment method.
The following cannot be returned:
- Machines customized to your specifications
- Machines that have been installed, used, or unsealed beyond inspection
- Sale or discounted machines
You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend insured, trackable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without confirmed receipt of the returned unit.
Damaged or Defective Units: Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work toward a resolution at our discretion.
